The Dairy-Free Challenge Day 1
I'm doing the 10-day Dairy-Free challenge and today's my first day.
I'm slowly & sadly realizing just how much dairy goodness (ice cream! yogurt! CHEESE!!!) I consume and I'm panicking a little about what I'm going to eat today. I guess I really need to plan out my meals, days in advance, which seems very difficult, but I do have a weekend to prepare. Some worries I have are accidentally over-consuming soy products as I begin to substitute them for cheese. I also feel like if I give up milk products, I'm going to eventually start eating poultry again. Not sure if I'm ready to give up both.
